Please sign in on the clipboard – if you have booked and I have put your name in already, can you sign a squiggle under it to confirm your attendance. Check that the desk you are sitting at hasnât already been booked (they are numbered).
As from Jan 2025 the price of a hot desk has increased to ÂŁ20 per day. I invoice at the end of each month – if you havenât already, can you email me at info@theexchangestroud.org.uk with who you want the invoice addressed to and your contact details.
Help yourselves to tea & coffee in the kitchen, there is a selection in cupboard, dairy and oat milk in fridge.
The rest of the office are used to different people coming and going, they are a friendly bunch so please do ask if you need anything.
It is fine to take calls / have zooms in here, please talk moderately though, no shouting⊠If you want some privacy then please feel free to use a meeting room if available (check sheet on doors for bookings).
If you leave the building, can you check with the rest of office that someone will be here to let you back in, I can provide you with door codes if necessary. Doors are usually open all day but every now and again everyone goes out for lunch!
If you are the last to leave at night, please check all doors are locked, windows closed and lights are turned off.
